"I’ve waited about eight years to post this review. Asked to have an outside faucet fixed because old one busted months ago because of the cold. “Plumber” came. Relocated the faucet above an electrical box to my outdoor air conditioning unit. Installed a new faucet that leaks from the top and all over the box (which is sealed btw). I asked if it was supposed to do that and he said “yeah.” A day later, the screw that held the handle on shot out because of water pressure and now it just leaks everywhere every time you turn it on. Didn’t even make it 24 hours."

"I had a non-emergency job. They came to the house in an hour and had the job fixed within a short time. They did a job I can't do so their charge was appropriate to my skill level. I've had them to my house twice and I will continue to use them."

"WAY OVERCHARGED!!!! Completely overcharged. The two men who came to my home were here LESS THAN ONE HOUR to fix a pipe - the charge $60 (truck fee - what even is that!!??), $300 labor fee ($150 per hour BUT WERE HERE LESS THAN ONE HOUR), material $21.79, tax $26.72 for a total of $408.51!!! AND once they finished fixing my pipe they sat in their truck at least 30 minutes before bringing me the bill. Called and was told Don would call me back. Never happened. Do NOT USE these guys! ZERO STARS!"

"After attempting to unclog a sewer pipe on our own and being unsuccessful, I called Don's. I called at the end of the day on Monday and they were out at my house first thing Tuesday morning. After an hour and a half or so of work, our clog was fixed. The cost was very reasonable, and I'm very grateful to Steven and Barry for the wonderful work they did. I will definitely be using Don's again in the future should any other plumbing problems arise, and I would recommend them over other plumbing companies in the area."
