"Scam alert. Do not bring your vehicle to this place. Three weeks ago I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection sticker. In spite of never having a problem with my brakes I was informed that the front rotor and pads on my truck need to be replaced. Immediately after getting my vehicle back, I noticed severe vibration when breaking so I called Moses and informed him of the problem and brought the vehicle back. They then stated that my rear brakes and rotors are bad and then charge me another $450 for the work. This place is an absolute scam and you must avoid this place."
"I had my car inspected, Everyone was great! Wait time was done in a timely manner. I am always very happy with service, friendliness, and with every aspect from bringing it in to paying."
"I've never waited more than 45 minutes for my car to be serviced. I appreciate that Moses service department is as fast & efficient as they are. I definitely recommend this place to others."
"They only got one star because I couldn't do zero been there 4 times and let me down 3 of them."
"Got rear ended at a red light. They had my Highlander for 95 days. When they called to tell me it was ready was informed my license plate had been stolen. They told me I would have to handle and pay for that and they would reimburse me. That did not happen they fixed it. Then I get there and my car was back almost right against wall. So I moved it forward to load stuff from rental. When I opened the liftgait it had obvious issues. There was a gap about an inch between the bumper and the carpet in the back of the vehicle. Rear panels were not flush. Liftgait not installed correctly and has serious gapping on passenger side where I found a pen light in the frame where it closes. Rear light had multiple holes in the lens. The panel on liftgait scratched up. Could see where water had seeped in my car while awaiting repairs. Thank goodness for awesome car mats. Could see multiple lines of where water had been and dried. Mat was filthy. Rear back side panels not flush. List just goes on and on. Manager said that I would be surprised how many people never look and catch these things. He Is aware of the poor workmanship and was just letting it slide. Oh also had a dead battery from where it sat for that long. Battery would not recharge and had to have it replaced day after I got it back. Now I have been waiting about 45 ish days for them to correct the issue. Have messaged them and Geico to no avail. Do not take your vehicle here!!!!"
