"I love this office I went to it and now my kids are also going here! They always inform me of everything they’re doing and makes me feel involved. All the doctors are great except for Horne. Horne makes you feel dumb and tries it diagnose anything and everything on your child."
"My daughter has been going to prime since she has been born. We always have a great experience. All of the doctors are wonderful and show compassion for every child. The wait time isnt bad either. We can get in and out in an hour. It is always so clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a pediatrics office, I highly recommend Prime. ❤"
"I don’t normally leave reviews, but apparently this issue is common and others need to be warned. Like others, we were also charged for things not done (phantom billing). We spent a week calling all times of the day just to get an automated service every time and no call back. This is not the pediatric place it used to be."
"I have to agree with Jeremy's assessment. The physician was nice and I had appointments for both sons. We were seen less than 15 minutes. The charges we recieved were not for things provided and it was obscene. We had to go back and forth for a long time to get things corrected."
"The staff is friendly and the physician are knowledgeable and seem to want to help. However, they will not miss an opportunity to upcharge a visit and do things that CMS deems illegal if you have medicaid but are at a minimum unethical with other insurances. I understand that patients and parents will abuse the well child visit and try to get everything taken care of then so you must have policies to capture that income. My nephew had an appointment for a medication refill only. The physician directed the conversation to vaccinations and a recent illness for which he wanted to order lab test to confirm cure. My nephew took the vaccination but no lab work was done. Prime pediatrics billed Blue cross blue shield a separate appointment for a well child visit and a medication refill. I understand upcharging the visit to a 99213 (more involved bill) but they billed as if he was seen two times that day with separate vital signs and physical exams. When the insurance company balked, for good reason, they stuck us with the 300$ bill. Other than the shot, which statement of benefits says that got paid $400 for, there was no additional evaluation and no additional medications prescribed. If BCBS had paid then I would have never known about the fraud, which is what this is."
