Flowers by Dreama Dawn

"I ordered flowers in the late morning for my sister. She just had major surgery. She lives in Pulaski Va. The flowers were to be delivered to her in the afternoon of the same day. The next day I asked my sister if she liked the flowers. She said she didn’t receive any flowers. I called Flowers by Dreama Dawn. The lady I spoke to was a bit rude. She said they didn’t deliver them on the same day because it was a little windy and raining. She said they would deliver them in the afternoon after I hang up. She became more rude and said we will deliver them but if no one answers the door they can leave them but after that they are no longer responsible for the flowers. I said my sister just had surgery and her husband is there taking care of her. Someone will be there. She said fine and hung up on me. My sister did finally get them. Just to let you know. It wasn’t windy and rainy that day. My sister asked her husband and he said not it wasn’t. There is nothing that I hate more then being lied to."

"I ordered these for a funeral I could not attend and wanted to get something nice for the family. I only knew the flowers were there on time because a family member texted to thank me and sent me a picture of flowers that looked NOTHING like what I ordered or expected! The company didn’t send me a confirmation of delivery until hours later so at least I was able to stress less about arriving in time, but when they sent me the picture I was so upset and disappointed that I paid that much for what was received. I apologized later to the family explaining that was not what I ordered. I am so disappointed and mad at myself for spending so much on something I would have been able to pick up for the grocery store and take with me if I could have attended. I would hope that something can be done to reconcile this issue. I regret not using a larger company and hope this is not their normal way of service."

"I called a couple weeks ahead for a custom order for a very special person. I was coming from out of town and the arrangement was more beautiful than I could have hoped for. They helped me get the girl, as well!"

"Very disappointed. Ordered 2 days in advance and paid for the more full boutique and ended up with mostly greenery. Roses dieing and petals falling off mixed with lily's that was completely shut. The other flowers look to be at the end of their life also. All I can say it wow. This turned out to be an expensive anniversary fail."
