"Dr Hatch has some of the worst ways of working with children. Zero bed side manner and more worried about her FB page selling her honey while she sits and waits for patients. She is rude to toddlers especially during Covid times and mask mandates where she would rudely yell at toddlers to put masks back on or she would end session. Not once did she address parents but would treat the kids as an adult. During sick visits she would dismiss everything on parent side. When she would come in to greet sick toddler she shows she is unhappy working with children and doesn’t Turn to speak to them like children to help them understand they are in a safe place. I could go on and on but honestly there are plenty better pediatricians who enjoy their time with the kids in that mountain and she should be avoided. The office is dated and lots of the rooms unclean"

"Dr. Hatch (and all staff at Signal Mountain Pediatrics) are absolutely wonderful! I have taken my daughter there since she was an infant and they have always been so patient with me and all of my questions! Dr. Hatch has woken up at 2am to talk with me over the phone and braved the ice in winter to come out to our car and care for my daughter. 100% recommend SM Peds!!"

"Dr. Hatch has cared for my children—three of whom are now grown—for over 25 years. She is kind, smart, collaborative, thoughtful, and steady. The staff is unfailingly welcoming and helpful. Accessing care in a small practice like this means that the kids were and are consistently seen by familiar faces who know them both as patients and as people! I think that is a rarity now. I’m so thankful they’ve been a part of my “village” while raising my family."

"Do not recommend Dr. Jones for older children. Under 10 is fine, but shrugged off and misdiagnosed issues as I got older. Would recommend another doctor if there’s anything actually wrong with you."
