"Called Door Serv Pro after my sensors malfunctioned, not permitting me to remotely operate the door. The rep I spoke to was efficient in setting up an appointment, and I was impressed she read everything (name spelling, address, description of problem etc) back to me for accuracy, which a lot of places don’t do. They were also able to get me in for a next day visit, as I declined the rush service since it wasn’t an emergency. Shane did an excellent job upon arrival explaining everything to me in a genuine manner, and was able to diagnose and repair the problem in a short amount of time. The repair as well as a maintenance service all fell under the same original estimate, which was good to hear seeing as how other places might charge for both separately. Shane was done with everything in about an hour and my garage door is now running smoothly. I’ll be reaching back out to them for any further garage maintenance/upgrades in the future."
