"Mike is an absolute legend! I turned my laptop on one day and it gave me the blue screen of death after deciding to update itself. Of course this was after everything was closed for the day so I took it to best buy where they took about 5 minutes to tell me that there was no hope to save any data from the computer and that all they could do was reinstall windows and I would lose months of work that I should have backed up but didn't. I did some more digging on Google and came across Mike at about 9 that night, called him and he told me to bring the computer over right then and he got working on it that night. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful and was able to recover all of my data within a couple days and get my laptop in working order again for not much more than Best Buy would have charged me to trash everything on the drive that apparently wasn't there.
