He was out the next week to give us an estimate. We made our deposit on a Friday and had technicians at our home the next Monday. "Yes...professional Yes...punctual Yes...kind and friendly staff Had a “new” furnace and ac installed. When finished...”I” had to research manufacturing company for phone numbers and serial numbers myself to register and do warranty. Upon doing so, I found out the ac unit was indeed a new one, but that the furnace they installed was new...with full warranty. BUT... was 8 years old. It was old inventory when Mr. Bolden bought the company. I was never told this. Things that set “8” years tend to have problems. Our first actual use in winter racked up over $1800 in repairs thru another company because quality home refused to service since I questioned and said I was unhappy. Needless to say I had to get courts involved. Mr. Bolden was prompt in the courts finding. Would only suggest that u stay on top and question. There were also charges for material not used at my home."

They came in and were very understanding about me asking them to walk to the back of my house due to having two large dogs.
