"Good job guys. Pride had a 3-man crew out and did a total HVAC install in one day on 8/24 hauling off the old. My old system was about 20+ years old/80% and they installed a Trane system at 96% efficiency. I had a wait period of only 2 weeks. Furnace and AC coil and parts were ready to go. System feels very comfortable and no concerns with operation. A 2-year labor warranty comes with that, instead of the typical 1 year. 10 year parts. Importantly, Chris was accessible and picked up the phone or messaged me on progress leading up to install. Being local, mileage time and mileage markup is not a concern. If/when I need serviced, I'm know they will be on it within 24 hours. The price was very good. There was not a lot of markup compared was other quotes. They went over the system with me after they finished."
