"Ordered flowers for my great grandmother's funeral they were late. I called the florist from the funeral him he had attitude when I spoke to him saying they were late and he told me they were on their way. When they finally arrived it was the wrong flowers looked nothing like what my fiancé I ordered. Will never order from them again and warn others against them. Order at your own risk. Even spoke to someone right before a called and they even told me that it is a usual occurrence for them to deliver late and try to recommend someone else normally for future purchases."

"Worst experience my grandmother and I have ever had with a florist.... Run as fast as you can. The owner of this establishment does not care for you or your loved ones. If you choose to use there services already rated a 2.2 then you do it at your own risk. I will let the picture speak for itself but the plain downright unwillingness for the owner to even look at a picture to see what is being sent out with his company name is horrendous. Don’t believe me look at the BBB complaints. The owner did refund 20% but saying that is appropriate for an arrangement for my mothers funeral that was late, did not have writing on the ribbon, half of the flowers it should be, and the wrong basket. All I did was ask the owner to look at the picture from the funeral home and he hung up on me. Pick up flowers from Walmart and a basket to make your own arrangement before you shop here."

"Flowers showed up wilted and 2 days late. Wasn't what my bf's mother order, these were a thank you to my grandmother. Requires items be cut and trimmed by the customers, which is normal to preserve the flowers but they didn't trim ANY of the leaves off before placing in the vase for delivery. Reply to business: I said my bf's mother ordered from you, not me. I was there when she recieved the items and helped coordinate the purchase. Your in ability to read explains why the wrong flowers were picked."

"Worst experience from a Florist ever! I was worried about ordering from this business because there were bad reviews so I called and had him go on his website and look at the arrangement I wanted sent. He assured me he had exactly what I wanted. The arrangement was NOTHING like the one he had online! I was very disappointed! I called and left a message, he didn't return the message. When I finally spoke with him I was met with a very rude tone and instead of defending his floral arrangement he said I lied to him about the address! I don't live in the area, I gave him the address I knew but come to find out, her mailing address and physical address weren't the same, he delivered them though so must have not been too bad! The guarantee on their website, 100 % satisfied or they will return your money or send a new arrangement, that is false! I will be calling the attorney generals office or the better business bureau or whomever necessary to make sure this man and his so called floral business is reported. Had he just been nice and apologized like a business person should, I wouldn't have even requested my money back!"

"Don't ever trust FTD to do a good job with a flower arrangement. I ordered $70.00 worth of flowers to be delivered on a Monday for a birthday gift. The flowers were delivered on a Friday, three days early, and the arrangement was horrendous. Looks NOTHING like what should have been picked. Called the local shop and the person on the phone was a COMPLETE jerk. I told him I'd never pick his flower shop for flowers again in the future, and he informed me I didn't pick them in the first place. Such disrespectful customer service. Always call your local florist and don't use a website for flowers. They are a joke."
