"Took in 3 TVs. One had mounting brackets on it for a wall mount. I asked when I dropped them off if I needed to remove them and he said no. And when I got there to pick them up the brackets were gone... All my TVs had remotes. Guy said I only brought in one which is bogus. Gave me the right remote for one of them but it wasn't the one I left. Then overcharged me and didn't even offer a refund for the stuff he lost. I will tell my friends to take their business elsewhere."
