"Rick went to give a heating/a/c estimate on a new home build in January. Shook hands (which use to mean something among men) said he'd be back in 2 months. It's now July, multiple attempts made to contact Rick, he would never answer his phone. Also left a message with a female that answered the phone, about if he was still coming, where were they in the line of jobs he had, but he never returned any of the calls. Had a mutual friend contact Rick, about this job. His reply was to him, was that he wasn't going to do the job. But yet, he failed to (or chose not to) let the family know this. He could have & had ample time to let the family know he wouldn't be able to or want to.. Poor excuse for professionalism. Would never recommend him to anyone."
