"We ordered the 24 Krystals combo at the drive-through. The lady taking our order was very nice and professional. We got to the window and you could see everyone inside working as a team to prepare the food. Two different ladies gave us bags, they worked well together getting everything done quickly and were both very nice. The food was good and hot."

"We went thru the drive thru on our way home from the emergency room and it was late and there were only two people working but the lady at the window and taking orders was so nice. Our order was fresh and everything was correct. That’s hard to come by these days when dealing with fast food but I really appreciated her positive attitude."

"Been awhile since I've been to krystal's, so I figured I'd try it out went to the one on Normandy in Jacksonville,FL. it was absolutely disgusting. I got a 12 sack. Over half of them were so saggy that they were not edible. The other half tasted like they had been sitting up there on the counter for the last 18 hours"

"Ordered 24 Krystal with cheese,and party fry. Burgers were hard, no mustard,some with no pickles, cheese was so old it had changed colors. They charged me $48 . This is outrageous and now I understand why they are closing. They hire trash people who don't want to work. They want to hang out in the lobby and act as if you are bothering them. *Update* I reached out as they requested , that was August 9th, no shock that there has been no response."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! I normally do not do bad reviews specially with how short handed most places are however this place is the WORSE !!! Good just smooshed in the boxes with mayo on outside of bread ! Walked in asked for cheese that was paid for on the burgers and it’s like they just disassembled the burger and threw the cheese in there ! It was awful and they become so upset at their own mistake that they forgot the cheese ! I then requested a refund when I looked in the bag to see the photo below ! Inside the store was super hot as if no ac, the floor littered in fried, pickles, chicken and pieces of burgers ! Asked for the corporate number was told to look at Google by the GM Jeff ! The other lady who refused her name just stood there laughing as if this was funny ! I asked them to please take more pride in what they sling out the window and stop treating it as if it’s some crack and easy side money for them ! I was applauded by the service, food and atmosphere! I will NEVER return to this filth again !"
