"I have placed and order from this place twice. Both times they did not delivered. I will never order from this place again."
"I ordered an arrangement for my wife and kids to be delivered on Valentines Day. I ordered 8 days in advance. The order was not produced or delivered. Their automated system was down on Valentines Day and no one was answering the phone, so I I drove there in 5 o'clock traffic with my children in tow only to discover roughly 25 people waiting on the sidewalk to get in. I queried several people in line, and like me, they had all ordered and been charged for a product they didn't receive. When I finally spoke to someone the next day, the only apology offered was "sorry I can't do that" when I told them the only way I would patronize them again is if they delivered the arrangement today AND refunded the cost. They had one job; they failed and ruined Valentines Day for the whole family. BOOOOO"
"My husband placed an order yesterday to have an edible arrangement for me on Valentine’s Day at 5:30 and there were 20 people lined up. He waited for 10-20 minutes and the line still hadn’t moved and no one was getting their orders. I would say this place is probably very mismanaged and not worth the wait. If you place an order it should be done at the scheduled time you ordered it for. Very disappointed."
"I live out of state so it’s always a challenge to make sure that my Grandma get a special treat. This place always give to best service for delivery and the fruit is fresh and ripe. I appreciate knowing when I order from here that I know that the product will be perfect!"
"I was a walk in hoping to get a fresh fruit salad that they usually make in the morning, however there was none available. I was told she could make one up for me-and it would take five minutes. That didn’t happen she had to wait on another customer which took awhile so i decided to leave. They do have fresh fruit that is delicious and shaped fruit that can be dipped in chocolate and delivered in beautiful packaging. It is a wonderful gift to get i have been on the receiving in. Well maybe next time I will have more time to wait."
