"Flowers were horrible. EMBARRASSED. I asked for a refund. Elizabeth was nice at first and said that she has had trouble with this arrangement in the past and really should not even be offering these and should eliminate them from her choices. I completely agreed with her and said she should eliminate them if you’re gonna send that kind of an arrangement to a funeral home. Then things went South very quickly with her poor attitude. She basically called me a liar and said I need proof with a picture. Seriously, taking a picture of the funeral. It really never occurred to me to even have my phone in my possession let alone take a picture. Obviously she’s gone through this before, need I say more. Tried three different times to work this out. The last time after hanging up on me four times she said she was going to report me to the authorities. For what Elizabeth? Really just give me my $255 back. Seems pretty simple doesn’t it ?? apparently not So incredibly sad in our time of despair when we just were embarrassed at the funeral home AND she calls me a liar. Our family which means our children and my wife and I spent our money And just got disrespected attempting to make things right. I won’t get into the rest of the details but Elizabeth is a liar and our arrangement was horrible which we spent $255 so it wasn’t like we were trying to get anything but the best for a mother. ALL OF YOU READING THIS UNDERSTAND… “THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE” WE FORGIVE YOU ELIZABETH."

"I ordered flowers for my daughter's funeral on a Saturday. She repeated back to me 3 times the day they were to be delivered and by the time. She also said she had plenty of time to get them ordered and the arrangement was not what I expected. The colors were not right. They were late. We had to call her and ask where the flowers were on the day of my daughter's funeral service. They brought them in after the service had started. No family should have to worry about flowers being delivered on such a horrible day as we did. She wouldn't even give a a full refund, and said she would do a partial refund and I asked what would that be, half? and she said she will do half. It was not my fault she messed up and she should make right what she did wrong."

"I ordered an arrangement for a loved one’s funeral from the website and it was absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photo. I’ve ordered other arrangements from other places in the past only to be sadly disappointed once I saw that the arrangement was barely similar. Not the case here. I also noticed many other arrangements from Elizabeth’s while I was there and they were all beautiful. I will order again. Thank you for such beautiful, professional work."
