"Ordered flowers for my Mom and Dad's 40th anniversary and was sorely disappointed. Tried to explain to them what I was expecting and the girl just argued with me about everything. No customer service or design skills there. I won't go into details about how awful the arrangement was because obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction. DON'T USE THIS FLOWER SHOP... Unless you just don't care about the quality of flowers or design you're sending to someone."
