"The manager at this Huntington T-mobile who helped us resolve our phone line issues (I believe that her name is Hayleigh but I could be mistaken) took care of our case within minutes, and she took additional steps to personally verify that our accounts had been corrected. She was a wonderful representative to work with and we appreciated her effort to ensure that we just got the coverage from T-mobile that we needed. Thank you so much!"

"I went in about a month ago to switch from Boost. I wanted to keep my phone but was unable to get Boost to successfully unlock it. At one point my sim card was taken out of my phone while I was in the store. So I bought a new phone and wanted everything from my old phone transferred to it. I've NEVER had a problem in the past at phone stores with this being done. Except this time. I thought at first it worked because I saw SOME of my contacts. It wasn't until the next day that I saw that most of my stuff didn't transfer. I couldn't go back in to try and fix it because I literally ended up with the flu the next day. But I have now lost pictures that meant something to me. I have lost messages that meant something to me. And I can't ever get them back. And I'm devastated about it. Overall I've enjoyed having T-mobile as my phone provider but I'm extremely unsatisfied with who works in this particular store."
