"Horrible experience. I bought my current truck last year, and had a wonderful experience with Ron. Went back a few days ago to purchase another and dealt with Tim. All I have to say is I’ll NEVER be back to purchase ANYTHING from them EVER AGAIN. Tim was no help, acted like he had no interest in helping, and done NOTHING to help get us in the vehicle we were looking at. Very disappointed in how we were treated. No effort was put into the sale. One trip to the finance office and was told no after nearly three hours of waiting. He acted like he didn’t have time to hear what I had to say. Needless to to say I left angry and will never be back"

"Terrible place was in deal to buy a vehicle on Saturday I was going to pick up the vehicle, we had already agreed on what time I was going to pick it up and they told me 1 hour before going that it had already been sold if I was already in deals with them and They sell it because they show a lack of respect and very little seriousness in their business. If you have another purchasing option, give it a try because they are very unserious in their business."

"Got ripped off LOTS OF MONEY GOT A 2008 MARINER the car to be fixed needs a new body I reported the problem and they refused a refund not only that they was hateful when I talked to them saying sale is final. The car cost me 9100 with the repairs I had done and the cost of the car. I paid 6700 plus title and other fees now this is a car I got one year use out of got put 18000 on it but afraid to drive it anywhere else. I think it's bad business and would not recommend this place to anyone as a matter of fact I would take my chances at buying a used car at a salvage yard. I am mad about the lost money cause I could have had something way nicer for the price that I would feel safer putting my children in. I want to thank king coal for ripping off a guy who makes less than minimum wage and taking advantage of the fact I spent cash. Do the math I paid 50 dollars a mile for this car and now it can't be used."
