"Was looking at making a drive down for a vehicle that was decently priced. Checked the website before making the drive and was surprised because the price went from $25,900 to almost $29,000! The value they had it at before was still over fair market value for a seller, now it's even more over. If you find a good price here I would recommend taking a picture of the site and double-check before you head to this dealer. Kind of bummed because the vehicle did look nice."

"Was looking to purchase and reached out to them. Initially communication was good. Asked to be put in touch with sales person since this was going to be a long distance purchase. Followed up with phone calls and emails and texts but never got any meaningful response. Good thing because I found another vehicle I liked better for a better price and purchased that 2 days later. Vehicle I was going to purchase was on their lot for a while and they had dropped price considerably. I guess they weren’t really interested in selling the vehicle. I was a cash buyer and told them I was looking to close a deal that day… not good customer service…."

"We made an appointment to look at a SPECIFIC vehicle. The appointment was confirmed the day before to make sure the vehicle was still available since we were driving almost 2 hours. When we arrived noone seemed to know what was going on. After providing a salesperson with the vin# on the vehicle we went to see he told us it wasn't there....of ALL the vehicles available, they "loaned" THAT one out. We asked to speak with a manager, but was told none were available. After all this, we didn't want to entirely waste the trip and decided to look at another vehicle. We had a different salesperson and he assured us that that's NOT how they operate and he would certainly make it right with us and wanted our business. We told him where we wanted to be on payment and was assured they could come " very" close to that. We test drove another vehicle and started paperwork only to find out that they didn't/wouldn't offer a dime off the second vehicle. When we addressed it, nothing was said... no offer, no negotiations, no NOTHING! We wasted our one day off, time, gas, and toll money for nothing! I guess they didn't really want our business after all."
