Maybe they underestimated the job because the steps outside and the steep slope were a factor; but, the price was fair and lower than other companies. Something also to consider is that these guys were amiable and pleasant from beginning to end. Highly recommend."

"Honestly, the guys worked really hard and overall I don’t have an issue with the actual move part. The guys doing the move were friendly and professional and didn’t stop all day. They truly were great. My issue with with the overtime charges. They were not outlined anywhere in the paperwork or contract, nor were they mentioned at all until the truck was fully loaded to go to storage. The problem is not that there are overtime charges but BEWARE it is $245/ HOUR after whatever they quote you. My original contract was $1,300 and it ended up being 2,642.00. Double is a lot I highly recommend the service but prepare yourself for the overtime. (Yes I’m a real customer and will be happy to come back and post screen shots of the co tracts if need be)"
