"Francis Florists has never let me down. I’ve called on Valentine’s Day to order flowers for delivery in Pomeroy and they still squeezed me in when I knew they were covered up with deliveries. This is the premier flower shop in Pomeroy in my book."

"Flowers that we ordered was NOT what we received. The standing spray was supposed to have a total of 13 RED roses on it, it didn't have a single red rose, all the roses were WHITE, and there was only 7 roses on the standing spray. There was also red carnations on the spray that was red, and they should have been red and white carnations that was supposed to be sprayed blue. We told them that we wanted 13 roses, so that way each of the siblings, and grandkids got a rose, and the lady told us that the starting rate would be $200 and we told her that was fine. Very disappointed in the arrangement that we gotten today for my Grandpa's Funeral. Will not be ordering from them again..... But I will say this, some of the other arrangements that they made today for the funeral was beautiful, I'm just very disappointed in what I received today, considering I spoke to them in person to order, so that way they knew what I wanted."
