"BEWARE - Fraudulent charges on your card. First waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter, then when I returned the truck, they charged me an additional $300 "cleaning fee". I had the truck for 4 hours and moved a new couch still in the boxes a total distance of 12 miles."

They have helped my business grow from mum and paps small business to multi-millions worth in revenue and still hands down service led by the team of Stanley the store manager that I knew before the promotion, that he deserving so from North Charleston to new expansion at Saint Patrick bridge. I recommend you Try them they are awesome and am glad they drained the old lazy crew that was a swamp."

"Rented a uhaul and was charged $150. I was never told there would be extra charges later. Did not go over 100miles and cleaned the truck before returning (2 hours before I was due back). They charged me $90 on returning for no apparent reason and it was not explained why I was being charged more. Then they said I will get $50 of the original cost back after 3 days??? So somehow they made a 1 day truck rental $190 and held an extra $50 hostage for days until its returned to your card!? How does that make sense? The kid who did our return didn't know why he was charging us more or explain why he was. He just said "idk thatsjust the charge it shows". I'll never use uhaul again."

"Nice building nice storage units Truck not so much I would not give this a one star if I didn't have to The visor What's falling down The headlight was out The tire was gashed and here's pictures I let them know about it and they just said that they would see what they had a fixed on their truck The facility is nice but I wouldn't suggest renting a truck for these people"
