Just picked up a Double G 20+5 deckover , gooseneck, yesterday. I am out of state, and they were kind enough to meet me with the trailer to save some driving. The Double G trailer is well crafted, "built like tank", and everything that the other dealers charge as "options", is standard on The Double G. Singleton Trailers is the place to go for deckovers, equipment, and carhaulers."

"They are the only people that would order me the trailer I wanted. I was not shopping by price but needed a specific trailer. Unlike most other trailer dealers they ordered what I wanted and were very quick to respond to my messages on Facebook messenger. And they were at a more reasonable price than other people for a trailer that wouldn't do what I needed. They will give you directions to get there. Follow them. They are out in the country and GPS will get you lost or take you the long way there."

"I bought a Reiser car hauler from Joe, Joe Jr. and the lovely lady who assisted me via FB and phone. They beat any price 300 mile radius of DC area. I got a free can of paint, free hitch and ball with my purchase!! (they could simply not tell me that and I wouldn’t know, easy $100 extra for them but they are honest.) They also delivered my trailer during a snow storm!! believe or not to the WV border so It would be cheaper for me. My temp 90 day tags, even screws were given to me. I was informed about warranty instructions and all. I totally recommend these guys, my next trailer purchase is definitely from these guys."

"I would not recommend this business for anyone to purchase a trailer. I called the owner of this business three times over the past six weeks to try to buy a new 10K trailer. I was just trying to nail down what is available and if it will be available when I drive up to WV from Florida, in middle of November. The woman i spoke with every time, said she didn't have any 10K ones in stock at the time of my previous two calls. On my call to check their trailer stock today, she said she should have a Reiser trailer in a week or two arriving from the manufacturer. and she can take a deposit on that trailer. So, I started to ask her some details about the length, model, type of ramps etc. She kept asking someone else for the info and when I asked if I could speak to the person who was giving her all the answers about the trailer specs she gave the phone to Mike. She gave the phone to Mike and in a upset voice, she said the guy on the phone doesn't want to talk to the owner as she handed the phone away. Mike was nice and professional. He answered all my questions. I only wanted some details as I was buying a trailer sight unseen that was almost $4000. Mike spoke with me for a minute, he then he gave me the price of $3990 and I asked how much would be the deposit. Mike asked the owner how much is the deposit and she retorted I am not going to take a deposit from him. She continued, he will have to wait till in comes in and pay in full. First one here to buy it gets it. So now she changed her mind on her business practice. What happened to the whole deposit practice of buying a trailer that is not even in their stock. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They may sell quality trailers but the owner is very short with customers and very unprofessional. I am glad I found out how bad their customer service is before I actually bought something from them. I only gave a one star because Mike was helpful and polite."
