But when I test drove a vehicle a few years back, the engine was knocking loudly, the parking brake was faulty, and the 4x4 wouldn't work. When I asked em about the issues, they said they didn't know. My rating is based on that experience."

"I've edited my review, i wrote my last in anger and was a bit too hostile. I'm never doing business with this place again. After paying off the car, the dealer messaged my fiance on Facebook- telling him I owe them an additional $1,000. I don't know why she didn't just call me, but whatever... When i called to see what was going on, I was given no explanation. I told her I wasn't paying $6,800 for a car when i had a bill of sale for $5,500. She said yes, i am paying that much. She wouldn't let me speak and I felt i was being robbed, so I got upset and told her I wish i could give her the f***ing car back. She then retaliated by messaging my to-be father in law on Facebook to tattle... I "cussed her out" and I'm the bad guy. I called Credit Acceptance, the company the loan went though. They told me I owe nothing, told me not to pay and this could be a fraudulent claim. I don't believe i was being scammed- I'm sure there was a mistake and a misunderstanding- but I'm not paying for it. When i went into the lot to discuss the issue further, she claimed the $1000 was for the deposit. I had already paid $2000 for the deposit- paid it in full. Every contract said the deposit was $2000... But now she's saying the deposit was $3000? She couldn't explain it- it was just "you owe money, pay up". I told her i contacted the loan company and she finally wrote a receipt stating i owe nothing. Also... They sold me a car with a dead sticker, which wasn't a big deal... Until I got it inspected. Shocks were trashed and so was the front left tire."
