"If u could give less then one star I would . Been a customer for over 4 years. I bought a house went to get my stuff on the 20th of the month I had nothing left the mice had ate and ripped up almost everything I owned. Two days later I get a invoice from them saying I owed 85 dollars for clean up. It was my unit till the 1st they should have never been in there. I was coming back to clean the mouse pop up. These people have raised my rent 3 times since I got the unit. the mouse droppings was not mine I did not bring them there . They have no place to throw away trash they have no carts on site had to carry everything myself. While I was there I stepped on a mouse running down hallway in and out of other units and killed it. I was never offered insurance. Had never even been in their office . Here are a few pictures of my unit these are just a few"
