"Extremely unprofessional, both Doctors have initial surface level friendliness but it’s not real. When you call, the male doctor answers on his cell phone and talks right then and there wherever he is so that the whole office can hear and he has no phone etiquette, he will go about doing things in the background without asking you to hold for a moment and when you ask “hello?” He answers you back aggressively telling you to hold on as if he is annoyed. I experienced the female Doctor who seems impatient and does not really listen with compassion. I wouldn’t suggest if you are neurodivergent or typically just expecting a caring patient visit. They take your number and email but unlike other doctors that can email you back your results they insist you come back into the office even when there are no more tests for them to run. I have no choice but to go back next week for my results but afterward I absolutely will not be going back. (PS, the best part of the visit was the interaction with the other female specialist who did my bloodwork and that’s really saying something because I hate needles but she was the best part of the visit)"

"I have been a patient with dr Desai and I absolutely love them both! Yes they are understaffed but handle it the best they can! I have never had any problems with getting my medication or anything! Yes they are forward and to the point however they have always listened to my concerns and got to the bottom of my problems! They are great and I will forever use them for me and my family!!"

"If you read the reviews from now to many years ago you will see that they are still unprofessional, untrustworthy and understaffed. I would give them zero stars as well. He doesn’t not listen to patient concerns he or his wife. I set an appointment to address health concerns & she simply shook her head at me and shrugged her shoulders at me because YES that’s patient care. I confronted her with the most restraint and she left the room saying “I’ll send your prescription off”. 3days later & call back turns out she didn’t send my prescription off at all. Do not waste your time and energy with these dicey characters. At this point throw the entire practice in the TRASH."

"I will advise not going to this doctor, he is extremely rude, he put my on high blood pressure medications and i was having heart palpitations, chest tightening, pain that started from the back of my head all up to my neck, shortness of breathe, he completely ignored me and told me that the medications did not have any of these side effects yet when i looked the medications up on the FDA drug website it said to get immediate attention or contact doctor if these side effects happens. He told me to keep taking the meds. Not to mention he is very very very rude wouldn't even allow you to speak, he answer calls while he's in the room with you. He is terrible. I recommend DO NOT COME HERE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! you are most likely to die!!!!"

"PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! After several hospital admissions with my mother, I finally decided to attend her PCP visits since the doctors were concerned about the care she was receiving from her PCP. Desai didn’t address her concerns and after raising my voice a few times, that’s when he reluctantly provided my mother with the outside referrals she needs. He didn’t disinfect the room and I had to ask a staff member for her Lysol prior to entering the room. The medical receptionist also takes the vitals. The other patients door was open while he assessed them. Clearly a violation of HIPAA. He answers the phone to make appointments while in the room with patients. Just the most unprofessional physician I’ve ever seen. After going to a local specialist, they were shocked that he was considered her PCP because his specialty is Hematology. He refused to call in a NON- controlled medication for her claiming he has to see her in the office again when he just saw her the week prior. I overheard him telling a patient not to return if she doesn’t have an allergy test performed! Fast forward, another hospitalization for my mom, the medical doctor on staff called me personally out of concern for my mother and suggested a change of PCP immediately. This tells you the lack of care he has. It’s only about money and the co-pays. I’m thinking of a medical malpractice suit for the lack of care my mom has received the past few years."
