"It was an awful experience, I went in to have 11 balloons filled for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and there were 5 people standing around. I was rudely asked “for today” (you have to fill balloons the same day?) There were sighs and eye rolls while my balloons were being filled and a comment that they were glad they weren’t hauling the balloons anywhere. The total was 43 dollars (1.50 per 8 small balloons, 7 dollars per the medium balloons and 15 dollars for a number 2 balloon that once filled was the same size as two regular balloons worth of helium). I was told 2 dollars a balloon when I had called earlier in the week, I do understand the larger balloons being a little more expensive, but I feel like this was up-charged, because they didn’t want to do it.. I thought maybe it was just my situation that made them come off rude (bringing outside balloons in to have filled) but, they were also rude to two other customers during my 35 minutes in there (one about the time the arrangement would be delivered and one about the size of a table centerpiece). My husband has always bought my flowers there and I’ve always heard great things of them, but today that was proven to be incorrect. We will no longer be giving them our business."
