It's disappointing, bedside manner is the worst I've ever seen showing no empathy for your health concerns. They don't communicate or document anything and when they have it's been copletely wrong. They set me back 11 months and laughed at my request for implant removal because I need a plastic surgeon not a general surgeon. Being sick not able to wear a bra, disabled with no help."

"I am so disappointed in this office that I have honestly lost faith in the hospital in general, since August 1 I went to the emergency room from which I was referred directly to specialist Nicole Sroka and I requested my appointment at her office, they gave it to me for On August 21, I was there three times in the office, but she never treated me, not even once did I see her, only the nurse treated me, they performed a mammogram and ultrasound to rule out possible cancer, they only prescribed antibiotics for the infection. The nurse again told me that she would "talk to the surgeon" and they prescribed steroids for me. The last time I was there, she told me that it wasn't cancer and that everything was normal (although I have a lump the size of a beige ball and immense pain oozing pus for more than two months with little mobility, inflammation and fever) for the mammography everything is normal and I did not need to attend appointments, whatever I needed I would send a text that with the steroid treatment it would be reduced , but if not, I will send her a text to set a date for the possibility of surgery, I finished the steroid treatment and the pain was extremely maximized, I almost can't even move and I sent her the text as she requested and He replied that he was very sorry that my problem was too slow and difficult to treat and cure that I have to wait months or maybe one or two years for the tissue to heal on its own, that I should try hot water compresses to heal, (as if I had not done it in more than two months with this immense pain with my chest full of pus, even my clothes bother me, I have 3 small children, it is not possible to live like this) they left me to my fate without an evaluation for a real specialist, without a surgery to help me solve the pain and the problem without pain medication without anything all because I am Hispanic and do not have a medical insurance company to support me that is why I am not important, all lives matter we do not have insurance doctor but we are looking for a way to pay in cash, the only thing we need is attention just like the rest of the people, Hispanics do not want to take anything away from them, nor do we intend to bother them, the only thing we need is to be treated as humans who are all equal with a dignified and normal life, I cannot resist even one more month with pain like this much less two years, I will look for someone who really can and wants to help me! If you are Hispanic or don't have health insurance, look for another place, don't waste your time. It doesn't matter if you can pay, they won't take you seriously!"
