"Jessika, the office assistant stationed in the front of the practice, is amazing! Jessika is exceptionally efficient and helpful, always striving to provide quality patient services. She possesses the customer service skills that any medical office would want in an employee who works in such an important position. Dr. Singh and his assistant, Sasha, are terrific, too! Everyone is extremely professional, kind and empathetic, alway ensuring quality patient care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of quality oncology care!"

"It’s odd to me as constantly busy as this practice is that they don’t have more reviews. Either way, loved the doctor and nurses - billing and scheduling were an absolute nightmare. The lack of communication with the scheduling department is what caused me to cancel my remaining appointments, and I would not recommend this location. They scheduled numerous treatments without speaking with me first. I missed appointments that I never knew that I had, and I found out the day of on others. I showed up for an appointment to find out that it was actually scheduled for the following week, which did not follow my treatment plan and was not what we spoke about when the appointment was made. Each appointment required me to take 4 hours of personal time from my work and drive quite far, so these mistakes were a big deal to me. It was obvious that they didn’t bother the staff as much. They need to do a lot better."
