"I bought 2 new tractors there over the last 14 years, I stopped to buy a 3rd and the salesman was very arrogant and rude, the price he gave me "35,000$ was way higher than the advertised price of 28,000$ , so I shopped around and found the exact tractor with the same options for 27,500$ .alot cheaper than parcs price, also the first salesman I spoke with was going to sell it for the advertised price but the arrogant guy stopped it and said that is not going to happen, this is sad because they used to treat their customers well and would always have competitive prices, not sure what happened but they lost alot of business and money from a bad salesman and dishonest prices. I'm now looking for new attachments for all my machines and I will not even bother with them."

"Bought a 2022 LX model tractor from Parcs in Worthington as we know they shut down and moved. Before you buy from them make sure you get everything in writing. They told me first service was on them. Well you have to hurry up and get to your 50hrs in 6 months or you don’t get it. If you want a loader and different tires along with getting them filled plan on waiting a month but they will tell you a week. They will not by no means help a buyer out with anything! Goodluck make sure you look at all other options first before Parcs, they’re not your blue collar company."
