"The office staff, especially the office manager, are very smug and arrogant. I have met with coldness at the front desk every time I've had to endure a visit there. After a scheduling mistake on their part and a glib apology, I asked what steps were going to be taken to avoid a repeat to me and others, and the office manager told me not to "tell her how to do her job"."

"They can't seem to get the hang of an appointment time. I have to come twice a year and I sit forever before I finally get called back. Today's appointment was at 11 and it is 12 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. It is horrible to wait like this. It is stressful."

"After having been to another breast surgeon in the immediate area, I feel like I won the lottery with this practice. The nurses and office staff are kind, accommodating, and compassionate. I saw Dr. Mattison who was easy to talk to, calm, compassionate, and an exceptional doctor. Based on the atmosphere of this office as a whole, I have no doubt that the other doctors in the practice are just as good. "I had 3 visits, and a copayment of $50 each for them to tell me that I simply have a cyst. It seems as though this could have been completed with 1, and 2 maximum, and a phone call to say all is well. Instead they informed that I had to come back for results (it was my first time with this type of procedure so I wasn’t sure what to expect). In addition, and most importantly, the Dr. put some type of medal in my breast without advising me in advance. I’m actually pretty livid about it and feel as though they invaded my privacy if that makes any sense...I completely understand the purpose behind it (locating the area next time), however, this should have been discussed prior to putting this in my body! In addition, wouldn’t an ultrasound find the area in my breast versus adding a tiny piece of medal. This has been so disturbing since my visit. My best to you!"
