"So entering the office I was kinda in my feeling because my daughter needed me and I needed my mom. We was told that only one per could come back. Working in the medical field I understood why. So my mom went and sat in the car. Me and my daughter was not sure what to except. But, when I tell you front the front office staff all the way back everyone was super nice. Dr. Siwawa omg I don’t know where to start She is amazing. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. She made us feel like we had known her forever. She walked my daughter through everything that she was going to do before she did it. Despite why we were there she made my daughter laugh and smile. That’s when I knew I had found the right Dr. For my baby. Dr. Siwawa MA I forget her name but she was so sweet and amazing."

"Repost since they deleted my last comment. I called to pay off a bill and the woman at the front desk said she would transfer me to billing and I thanked her. Amy hopped on the phone to take me off hold and scolded me for calling the nurse line. Asking my why I called that number. She said I should have pressed the option for billing. I said I didn’t hear it and she went on to belittle me. Yelling “you didn’t hear that option?” “Why would you call the nurse’s line for that?” I don’t know why she was in such a mood or felt the need to talk to me like that but if the staff is rude like that I will never return. Doctor’s don’t realize you can be the best doctor but the office staff really determines whether someone will return. Who wants to deal with that? Then I find out that she is the office manager? Unprofessional. I keep getting letters from this practice every month. Not once did I receive an apology for the discourteous treatment of being yelled at. They just deleted my comment. This facility just confirmed why I will never return. Update- I did not have problems paying the bill. I called last year to pay the bill and was met with attitude and Amy yelling at me. You still have to hold a level of professionalism whether you are stressed or not. We all have stressful jobs. As an office manager that is not an excuse ESPECIALLY IN A DOCTORS OFFICE!!"
