"Food is absolutely terrible. Rice is old, not as in day old but days old. Beef is fatty and of an unfamiliar texture. The egg roll appetizer is fresh, but the chicken teriyaki is pre cooked. I am not saying this to be mean, but when you pay for something, there is an assumption of quality. This place use to be of quality, something changed and it's seeping into the quality."

"This is apparently under new management. We have eaten here for years and it's always been very good. Now they seem to be serving yellow saffron rice instead of authentic fried rice. They desperately need to get someone in there who can make Chinese fried rice. I'm so sad that they have changed."

"We order the food less than 3 mins before we realized it was the wrong location . We called to cancel and they said they made the food already and are not going to refund our money. We told them we live 50 miles away and can’t pick it up. So they took our $38 dollars and our food cause we won’t be there to pick it up. To me this is bad customer service cause they could not have made our order in 3 mins but told us it will be 15 mins before it’s ready. Poor customer service"

"I usually don't leave many bad reviews, but this was not good. First, they have the ordering area barricaded, like in some post-apocalyptic movie. They try to talk back and forth with you, but neither can hear or understand each other. If you are that scared of your own clientele, get into another business. As the food, this was not good. I got the sesame chicken, with fried rice and an egg roll. The egg roll was OK. A bit flavorless, but not terrible. The rice was really not good. It had no flavor at all. If blindfolded, I would guess I had plain white rice. The rice was well cooked though. so no crunching. As for the main star, the sesame chicken, this was down-right awful. Based on how fast everything came out, it is definitely not cooked to order. The chicken was over-cooked, dried out and yet still kind of rubbery. Blindfolded, I would likely NOT be able to tell what kind of chicken it was, as it too was pretty flavorless. Also, there was no fork, no napkin, no sauces in the bad. Yes, I should have asked or checked, but if they take what they do seriously, they would have at least asked, as it isn't available to grab for yourself. I will say, it looked good in the pictures I took, but then was a MASSIVE let-down."
