"My mother was quoted $ 40 an hour for a job recently. When the man showed up he brought another person. She was not informed they were bringing someone which made it $80 an hour. Her bill ended up being $1,025.00. They even charged her for their lunch hour sitting in her driveway. They were only there 5 hours , one hour counted as their lunch. I stopped by after work while they were eating in the truck, I know exactly how long they were there. It wasn't even a big job, it was ONE thing that needed done. She is a senior citizen . I NEVER leave reviews but this was wrong. BEWARE!! Especially if you have an elderly parent. Don't trust them. If anyone has questions contact me please."

"I was under the impression that the rate was 40$ an hour and once the bill came I was wrong. They sent out two men which made it 80$ an hour after I was already told it would be a flat 40$ a hour. This was unprofessional and I was given misinformation and it was extremely unprofessional."

"These guys do great work for a fair price! I highly recommend them. They are also very honest. I accidentally overpaid them a large amount of money. It would have been easy for them to keep it. Instead they returned the over payment as soon as it was discovered. Capable, professional, honest! What more can you ask for?!"

"I wouldn't recommend Lowe Brothers I've been dealing with since Sept 2017 many delay's and I paid entirely too much money and they still didn't finish the job had to pay someone else to go back and finish the job. I think the first mistake was giving them money each time they said I would have to pay to finish the job and the last straw is when Paula said to finish the job they needed additional 1,500 to finish and she had already said they were finished I already paid them 4,154 a lot of money for a 800sq ft home if I'm correct...I'm very disappointed for this to be happening in my home town of WV ripping people off and we all are trying to make ends meet. I live in Ohio and my brother lives in Beckley and I was helping him so much for HONEST people"
