"It's so irritating when you keep getting notifications about your package being delivered only to see its being delivered to a completely different state. I feel if your name is on the package and you can verify its you then you should be able to stop it from going to the wrong and revert it to your address. The company that shipped it ships a lot of items out so they made a mistake on the address but it has my name on it. Customer service is obsolete when trying to get ahold of them and if by chance you do they are useless in helping. I can't get ahold of the company that shipped so I don't get my package which was very important to get. I feel if you can verify your name with several items ie driver's license, mail with your name and anything else they should be able to fix the destination address."
