"Beckley Electric has very poor communication skills! He told me he was coming by and do the work and he never showed and he never called. I called him several times and he wouldn’t answer the phone and you couldn’t leave a message Cause mailbox was full. I had someone else call him 2 minutes after I did and he answered the phone. My friend told him I was trying to reach him about the work he was supposed to do for me. He never called to reschedule the job or apologize. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not call them anymore. Not showing up and not calling or responding to me is very poor business skills!!!!!!!! I will never use them again."
