"Stay away from this small dealership in Ohio have a deposit on a truck on there lot never signed any paperwork so now the young kid salesman that never sold a car In His life is telling me I don’t need to sign anything so they are NoT giving me my deposit back STAY AWAY there are so many other dealerships around Ohio It would be different if I had some type of paperwork that I signed saying No Refunds BUT I DONT So I guess it’s time to go to court and have this dealership pay for my time my gas my deposit and more so now they will owe me over $500 after my attorney draws up the paperwork how can you keep someone deposit when we never signed anything???
