"I had two telehealth visits one with Dr. Jaff and one with another doctor at the practice. I found the other doctor to be extremely informative and took time to answer any questions and evaluate my condition, he was helpful in creating referrals for the specialists I needed to see as well. He helped me to renew my prescriptions and to create a telehealth sesseion in the first place because of weather conditions. Dr. Jaff however, was quite dismissive during our visit not leaving time to answer questions and often speaking over me. I cannot say that the tone was condescending but I didn’t feel “heard” or at all in charge of the conversation to advocate for myself. The conversation ended with a cloudiness over whether he or the other doctor were my MD and with any questions I had written on paper left unanswered. During my recovery from a serious accident, was not exactly beneficial. In summary, services vary within this office and are highly dependent of with whom you speak."

Dr. Twana Jaff is a very good doctor. I felt very cared for. He was very thorough in my treatment. He even addressed other medical issues I have not just what I went in for. He was very attentive and kind. It was a good start for a doctor patient relationship. I feel like I have found my new primary care doctor."
