"Dr.Smith was extremely rude. He laughed at me describing the pain I was in. He made me feel like I was lying even though I had plenty of scans and proof to show why I was having those issues. He was very condescending. His tone was nothing like what a doctor should have with a patient who has been trying to find relief for weeks. And “the only cure is surgery”"
