"Mother with alot of prior medical issues left hospital after catching Covid and left very weak. Hospital and insurance automatically assigned us to Centerwell. Had 4 seperate people call me over a few days from random cell phone numbers to try and schedule, they don't seem to talk to each other as some of them kept repeating information. Left a message to one and they never responded. Finally got someone to schedule, they send their intake nurse, we ask them to call before they arrive which they didn't do. My mother waited in the living room for 2 hours to meet with the nurse is so weak she can barely even hold herself up, she's also agitated and as she has diabetes and the steroid she takes for covid causes her sugar to shoot up far past her normal levels. The nurse arrives starts cold asking a bunch of questions, and expecting us to be prepared for what she needs despite not being told anything about what to expect for the meeting. My mom can barely focus on the questions, gets irritated, and I barely have any of the answers for most of them as theyre all personal. The nurse just takes offense literally stops to lecture my mom, we're just asking her to please continue. She starts again and we don't know the answer to another question, she takes offense again and says we're just being rude and leaves. She tells us she's calling our doctor and insurance and basically belittling us like kids about how the meeting went. They refused to send a different nurse and told me to just ask for a referral to a different company."
