"Dr. Mitchell is amazing. She truly seems to be concerned for her patients. The staff is also very accommodating. But this last visit was not so great. Waited one and a half hours for staff to start his infusion. While nurses took care of people that came in after us. It was only when I spoke up that he was finally taken care of. This is not acceptable."

"I had my first visit 4/8/21 with Rachel Mitchell at the shelbyville office and this week again, i will be seeing her at the Tullahoma location. I just have to say the staff is wonderful and polite and very outgoing! The lab techs are amazing!!! Very,very friendly. As for Rachel Mitchell, she is kind hearted, understanding never makes you feel rushed. She will answer any question you have even if you ask twice for reassurance. So far from what I've expired with talking to her one on one she has made me comfortable and took the time to break things down step by step. I would definitely reccomend her to anyone."
