"I can’t say enough about the staff here. Unfortunately, I’ve had to have PT numerous times for different issues over the years and out of all the therapy places I’ve been, this location/staff is hands down the best I’ve had. The staff here is phenomenal. They never look down on you, always listen intently, they take your issues to heart and they look at everything collectively. Matt continues to surprise me. He definitely knows what he’s doing and how to target and isolate everything. There’s been days it’s tough to even walk in the door and when I leave, I’m always grateful and thankful I went; and that’s because of the staff here. Everyone’s great, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Benchmark Grayson to anyone that needs PT."

"The PT are great for the most part. I worked with a couple who left before the holidays. And as for me things went downhill. Doing the week before the holiday, the Benchmark on Grayson was all booked up and I was advised that the physical therapist last day. So before I LEFT I stopped at the front desk to make an appointment for the following week. And that’s when I was told at the front desk, by a woman that there were no more appointments for the following week because of shortness of staffing. And next week they will be closed for Christmas. So I scheduled two appointments after the New Year. Had any emergency out of town and I told her that I would not be in. So I he a phone call asking if I am coming back or do I want her to close my chart. Spoke to my doctor and, was told to continue. Called made the appointment after my doctor sent over a new prescription for this. When set up the three appointments attended the first one and on leave check with front desk for time approval she advised me Jan25,4:00pm. Mind you I have been here with 2 different issues in the past. Have never been treated so unprofessionally. And she calls me out of the blue today and asked if I was like to set up an appointment because I don’t have any appointments on the books. When I had 4pm wed and 10am fri. I chose this place because it was close to my home but I hate to be called a liar. And not get the help I need. What you have in front of your business can end your business. Check your reviews and see who have issues with this person. And I am not going to stop here."

"The Physical Therapists are amazing. I love Aurora and Rose! They are extremely professional, well trained in their field, kind, patient, and my injury is definitely healing. However the receptionists are rude. I had to ask one of them to say please and thank you which is basic customer service. Then, she made excuses as to the reason she was not courteous. But the very next client, she was extremely courteous to."
