"Do not trust them with your watches. Sent my Rolex to them, working fine, only needing a new crown as it had been twisted off by a toddler. They completely forgot about and it took well over 6 months to finally get my watch back. They replaced the stem, and crown, and serviced the piece. Less than 6 months later the "new stem" complete broke and I was instructed to send it back and they would take care of it. Now after investing over a year of time, and over $700, my watch completely stops working just weeks after I am assured it is in "great working order". Now my fully functional beautiful Rolex will not run at all."
