"If I could leave a Zero Star I would. Just an all-round disappointing experience. I came in on Monday, September 25 to order a gold blank for a custom wedding band and was told it would be in store in a “couple” of days. I informed the gentleman working that I would need it ready by the 5th of October, and was insured that was very possible. After not receiving a call by Friday, Sept 29 I called to check on the status of the order and was told that he “received a ring that he didn’t think would work and had another on order that should be here by Tuesday”. After not receiving a call on Tuesday I visited the shop that evening and was told that he didn’t like the one that came in, and that another would be in on Friday, Oct 6. I reminded him that I needed it by the 5th…I then proceeded to order a simple gold band and was informed it would in by Thursday the 4th. I’m leaving this review on Oct 14…and still have not received a call that the ring is in. The wedding has come and gone and a ring was purchased from another establishment. Over all…. 1) Absolutely horrible communication from this establishment. 2) The original request was for a custom band, not an ordered “generic” band. 3) If it was a job that couldn’t be finished in the asked for time frame he should have just said so in the first place."
