Her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The lack of courtesy and empathy is truly shocking. Really no regard for customer service. Kindness goes a very long way, and this place displays none."

"My husband n I totalled our jeep cuz a tie rod broke n we hit a bank n flipped. Firefighters, EMS n the cops would NOT let anyone get a few valuables out of it before being towed away. We had some valuable coins, expensive phones n $900 in an envelope. The money was in my hoodie pocket n must have fallen out when I was pulled out of the vehicle. No one could find it anywhere except peices of the envelope. We never ever expected to find it but when we went to clean our jeep out from Coots I found the money in the front seat under a ton of glass n other stuff. Everything was still in it. They are truly 100% honest people. They were very nice n worked with us cuz we couldn't get out there til about dark. Definitely trust this company. I know they are kinda out of the way but if anything ever happened again I will always call them. Oh and our 3 loaves of bread wasn't even crushed lol"
