"I've attempted to reach out over the past two weeks, consistently reaching voicemail with no option to leave a message due to a full mailbox. Despite trying other locations, it seems they all share the same general phone number. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to connect regarding my son's matters, and this initial experience raises concerns about the quality of service. I will be looking else where. How disappointing."
"This place is NOT worth it. I called August 2nd for information and to get an evaluation done on my 5 year old and the girl said she will “pass my information to the manager” to give me a call back. Did I receive that call? NO. I even called back later that day because I forgot to ask a question and I was transferred to another lady that apparently was SLEEPING at her house? She was whispering so low and sounded like I woke her up and she sounded like she wasn’t even expecting a call… she said I have to wait for someone to call me. Never got called. Weird. Fast forward to a few days ago, I called 15 TIMES, NOBODY answered the phone. I called on a MONDAY around 11 AM that many times and no answer from anyone. Don’t come here to get services for your child! I found a 5 star place in Lawrenceville called Early Bird’s ABA and they are the BEST all around!!"
"My son went here for ABA and occupational therapy for two years, and in all it has been an incredible experience. He has shown so much improvement since he started. The best therapist there are Debbie, Asha, and Zoha, they are extremely patient and operate with grace. They were able to get my son to communicate, potty trained, and learn tactics to manage his emotions. The administration were amazing as well. Nichelle and Amoy were always welcoming, organized, and the facility was very clean. Everyone there truly has a passion for children, and I’ll be forever grateful."
"Hopebridge was actually very dishonest and disorganized throughout the enrollment process. Once they took the initial payment From insurance for assessment, I never heard from them again regarding when to start. If they are this disorganized and dishonest, they should not be trusted with your child. Also when you call, the front desk secretary always complain of the high turnover rate and not having enough BCBA. The director of this location is also very unnecessary rude."
"One of the most judgmental places ever I had two horrible experiences at this location and A different location in the past. This brand doesn’t not handle situation well I had a referral placed her for over 2 years I never heard anything after reaching back out they finally got me on the books and it was a 3 month wait after all that I was advised that your son is not being recommended for our company. I was told that a interview will be held with me for about a hour and the. They will go and observe my son the observation never happened. I’m not sure what the tech advise the bcba guy but I received a call from him a few hours laters advising that he will make a medical recommendation for him to receive intensive aba . Let me remind you the this place is suppose to be focused around children with aba. He the. Went in to saying my son threw a ball at the tech and kept throwing it harder and harder and he feels some one can get hurt. Let me say my son is 6yr old. As I advise him for you to be the bcba you never observed him for yourself maybe she just wasn’t the right tech for him. I believe any parent with a child with autism can relate to that your child doesn’t mesh well with everyone. And the crazy thing is when we arrived and left my son didn’t give any signs of aggression or discomfort. He then Goes into saying oh she was one of our skilled techs. That’s can be the cause you can be the most skilled dr I. The world but for what ever reason if a patient doesn’t feel a good connection with you then what. And another thing this man claimed he just moved to ga and was still learning. I will never let a patient or a patient parents that. Some people just get to comfortable into making small talk then keeping it professional."
