"Admitted he was trying to retire and would not come to my area unless he had 3 or 4 jobs. He is 10 miles away! Would only install the opener he sells and he only sells one model of one brand. It's a 1/2 hp. My door is an 18ft wood door. There is no way that his opener is appropriate for my application. Yet, he still wanted to install it. He has an "I'm the only game in town" attitude. Look elsewhere for someone who still wants to do this kind of work."
