"Received a referral from my employer’s assistance program and contacted them. They required I complete a lengthy questionnaire online prior to even scheduling an appointment. Against my better judgment, I did, providing all kinds of personal information, but skipping the mandatory credit card information request. When I did not hear anything back from them, I called to find out what was happening. Kim questioned me about billing instructions. After explaining that I provided the referral information and that the billing should be through that service, she put me on hold, only to come back and ask for billing information again. It’s clear where the priority is here, and it is not our health. Not a fit for what I am looking for, and would not refer them to others."
