"I had a question that the automated representative had no question to ask. I could not find a way to get around it to actually speak with someone. It was very frustrating. Then, it would just be dead air, and no typing or reply....so I'd hang up. Try again, different answers. But still could not find a way to speak to someone. Come to find out, there is no one in to speak to on weekends. But Monday, after viewing calling to get updates since Dec6, on the 19th, a lady told me it was listed as lost. How, when was scanned that morning as being out for delivery, then, next day listed at "processing" hub. IT never tracked again. But the notifications never changed. From 12/7 to 12 /17 there was no info except " being held for a later delivery". So I was very very angry, as not e thought it might help me to know it was considered lost. Therefore not expected to to return. This was someone gifts and not only was my money tied up until but I culd not replace them."

"Dropped package at a neighbors house, this has happened a few times and GPS shows your not at destination."

"I received an email Friday night while at work stating my package had been delivered. I called my home and had someone check the front steps and the back covered porch. Sure enough the package was left on my uncovered front steps in the rain. And at that, the email states it was delivered around 6pm. I was home along with my two dogs that would have barked if someone had knocked to let me know they were there to drop off a package. I understand this is the holiday season and you all are pretty busy.. but at least a knock or even leaving it on the covered porch especially when its been raining all day.. small things matter. Thank goodness nothing was rained in the package. Please please take care in people's packages.. and have a great and Safe Holiday!"
