"PLEASE- Believe all the negative reviews! THEY ARE TRUE! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE-EVER! They also will not return your phone call! They have caused my son to have WITHDRAWALS from not getting meds prescribed on time not once but three times. We are finally with a new practice. Hey LIFE HEALING CENTER , one of your number one priorities should be to hire a dedicated front desk receptionist that never leaves that area! Answers phones, greets patients, gets messages to Dr.s and therapists and picks up all of your dropped balls! That’s fairly common in well runned practices. I’m sure you’ll be sued soon. You neglect mental health patients!!! If someone hurts themselves after making a dozen unreturned calls that results in them not having their meds- you’ll be shut down!"

"Been going here for five years. Today they skipped my telehealth appointment. When I called, I was told that they would not refill my medication until I came in person. I asked why they didn’t notify me of the change in policy before I needed a refill on my medication. They made it clear that they were trying to weed out clients they no longer wanted to see by denying them care. The receptionist specifically said “I don’t know anything about medicine, and I don’t care what you’re going through.” Like many other people who rely on this kind of care, a lapse in my medication will cause numerous medical issues that I will need to seek emergency treatment for this week. I knew this place wasn’t great, but I never thought they would do something like this. Their reviews are full of people like me, desperate and terrified of the effects their neglect will have on their health. I believe they’ll soon have much more serious issues than angry clients in their office. This kind of blatant disregard for mental health is what causes people to hurt themselves, so I feel scared for the future consequences of Life Healing’s neglect. If you’re considering this office, don’t. If you’ve also been told a big f u by this office, know that you’re not alone and that there are real mental health professionals out there who will help you. If you’re a client with no issues at the moment, get out before they screw you over. I wish I had."

"They never call back, i missed my refill and had to find a new doctor because these people don't care to call you back. I now see why on my first day here a woman lost her mind on them for their lack of care and in ability to respond. People are suffering and you cant call back, it’s astonishing."

"Have to play phone tag with them half the time they wouldn't take calls and it's near impossible to set up appointments. When I went in to the office to try and get my meds refilled because they wouldn't take calls they made me leave and told me to call because they refuse to do anything in person regarding medication. The man at the desk that day was extremely rude and had such an attitude. Had to go to the ER to get my medicine refilled and it cost so much more because of the typical bogus ER costs. Left as soon as possible. Honestly surprised they haven't t been sued for the absolute bull they put their patients through especially with something as vital as mental health. Wish I could see them out of business."
